Self-service software terms

Your signup records the offer version, free-access period, renewal price and staff allowance shown when you accept. The free period starts when you verify your email and create your salon. Later changes to the public offer do not rewrite your accepted offer.

We do not collect a card or automatically charge you for the core product at free signup. Continuing after the free period requires a separate purchase with its payment terms shown before you pay. Buying an optional module does not authorize a core renewal.

You provide and maintain accurate salon details, service prices, schedules and customer information. You are responsible for providing booked services and responding to your customers. The software does not include managed advertising, a client-count guarantee or personal setup.

Setup guidance and documentation are included. Personal assistance is included only when explicitly purchased. Billing, account access, security and product defects can always be reported through the help page.

When free access ends without renewal, your page stops accepting new bookings. You can still sign in to view and export your records and cancel existing bookings. Contact support for account deletion.

The privacy policy explains how information is handled. These terms describe the self-service product; they do not replace a separate managed-service agreement.
