Will I be charged automatically?
We don’t collect payment details at free signup. Continuing after your free period requires a separate purchase. You’ll see the price and payment terms before paying.
Can I keep my current booking system?
Yes. Try your JustPop! page alongside it. Calendars are separate, so keep availability up to date in both systems to avoid overlapping bookings.
What if I need help?
Follow the setup checklist and help documentation. Account access, billing, security and product issues can be reported through the help page. A paid personal-help package is planned.
Does this include advertising or Instagram replies?
The free product gives you a salon page and online booking. Advertising is not included. Optional staff, content and Instagram booking features are planned and will have separate pricing when available.
