JustPop! is operated by Overday Labs. This page explains how to have your data deleted, whether you are a business that uses JustPop! or a person who has interacted with a business that uses JustPop! (for example by booking an appointment, sending a text, or messaging the business on Instagram or Facebook).
Businesses that use JustPop! control the customer data collected through their bookings, messages, and websites. To have your data deleted, you can do either of the following:
When a business connects its Instagram or Facebook Page to JustPop!, messages sent to that business may be recorded so the business can follow up with you. To have those records deleted, use either option above and specify that your request includes Instagram or Facebook messages. These records are stored separately from the customer list. Removing or deleting a customer from the dashboard does not by itself erase the message history or the phone number stored with that conversation.
You can manage individual customer records from People → Customers in your dashboard. For erasure of associated messages and other personal data, contact support as described above. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@justpop.io from the email address on your account. Account deletion removes your business profile, website, bookings, customers, messages, and connected-account data within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment and tax records) are retained only for the period the law requires.
A business can remove JustPop!’s access to its Instagram account or Facebook Page at any time from Meta Business Settings (Business Settings → Partners) or by emailing us. Once access is removed, no further messages are received, and existing message records can be deleted on request as described above.
